Dr. Jarome is a native of Trumbull County graduating from Niles McKinley High a School. Dr. Jarome graduated from Kent State University in 2006 Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. He then graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2011 with Magna Cum Laude honors and was a member of Golden Key National Honor Society graduating one of the highest in his class. Dr. Jarome has spent much of his career practicing in the Columbus area specializing in ocular disease management and specialty contact lens fittings. He has extensive experience in the management of dry eye, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, diabetic eye disease and more and is one of the few Optometrist to have fit several Scleral contact lenses which are used in visual management of corneal disease such as Keratoconus. Dr. Jarome is excited to be moving to the Mahoning Valley so he, his wife and son can spend more with family and bring exceptional eye care to the area he grew up in.
